/ for businesses without an in-house marketing and web team
One employee, or an entire senior digital growth team?
For about the cost of one in-house marketing manager, you get a complete senior team. It builds you a fully professional website, gets you found on Google and in AI search, runs your ads, writes your content, improves your conversion rate every month and keeps developing the site as your business grows. One flat fee. One growth lead accountable for all of it.
$5,000 a month, flat. Fully custom, professional website included.
- 7 of 10 places for 2027 open
- Three-month start, then month to month
- After the three-month start, everything we built is yours
- Senior team from Poland, 8+ years of experience each
/ the team you get
Every specialist your marketing manager would have to be. Led by people who actually are.
A single hire has to be a strategist, a designer, a developer, an SEO specialist, a paid-ads specialist and an analyst at once. Nobody is. These are the leads who run your business online instead, each one senior in their own field, each one on your account every month, with the wider WebProfessor team behind them.
-
Rafał Adamski
Growth lead · strategy · UX · conversion · analytics · IT
Runs your account and answers for the results. Sets the growth strategy, decides where the budget and the team's time go each month, and designs how your customers move from the first click to a booked call.
8+ years leading web and growth projects for B2B and B2C companies; 40+ websites and digital products shipped; the sites he has led average a 47% lift in conversion.
-
Łukasz Błocki
Engineering lead · IT · AI · integrations · automations
Builds your site and everything connected to it: integrations, automations, the engineering behind your business.
IT engineer with 8+ years in enterprise systems: platforms serving hundreds of thousands of users for the Danish public sector, systems for major telecoms, integrations with national medical and social-security systems.
-
Stanisław Żakowski
Paid media lead · Google Ads · Meta Ads · Local Services Ads
Runs your paid campaigns inside your own accounts: Google Ads and Meta first, and every channel that earns its budget, from YouTube and LinkedIn to ChatGPT ads. Judged on cost per booked customer, not on clicks.
From Google Ads intern to 10+ years of paid-media strategy for Polish and international brands, including ones with seven-figure revenue.
-
Maciej Kochan
SEO lead · local search · AI and GEO · Business Profile
Gets you found on Google, on Maps and in AI answers, and keeps you there as search changes. Builds visibility that compounds instead of campaigns that stop when the budget does.
10+ years of SEO for international clients, in English and Polish markets. Today most of his attention goes to SEO and AI search, where the brands that move first keep the advantage for years.
Behind them, the wider WebProfessor team, senior in every role:
- UX and UI designers
- Copywriters
- Frontend and backend developers
- Analytics and tracking specialists
/ your options
You have three options right now. None of them is good.
- 01.
Hire one marketing generalist
One person expected to be six specialists at once: website, SEO, ads, content, CRM, analytics. Nobody is, so the weak spots stay weak.
A realistic salary is $75,000 to $90,000 before benefits, payroll taxes, hiring and software. The website and the ads still get bought from someone else, and when they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.
- 02.
Stack agencies and freelancers
An SEO shop, a PPC shop, a web designer, a developer found online. Each one optimizes its own slice and blames the others when the numbers don't move.
Nobody owns the result. The project manager holding it all together is you, on top of running the business.
- 03.
Leave it alone
The site stays "good enough". The competitor across town keeps showing up first on Google, on Maps and in AI answers.
Nothing breaks, so nothing gets fixed. Every year the gap gets more expensive to close.
/ the fourth option
One senior team that owns the whole digital side of your business. $5,000 a month.
Less than the salary alone of one in-house marketing manager. More competencies than any one person can have: design, development, search, ads, analytics, conversion, copy. And nobody for you to coordinate: one growth lead runs the whole thing and answers for the results.
In-house marketing manager, year one
$75,000 to $90,000
salary only, without benefits, payroll taxes, hiring, tools and the website.
This team, year one
$60,000
the whole team, website included, everything yours. Ad spend separate.
/ what you get
Everything between your business and your next customer. Handled.
This is not a menu you pick from. It is the whole digital side of your business, run by one team, for one fee. Here is what that means in practice.
-
01. Build
Your website, built and run like a product
- Fully custom, professional website designed and written for your customers, live in your first three months
- Hosting, security, monitoring, backups and updates
- Connected to your CRM, scheduling, phone and payment tools
- The web-related IT you would otherwise need a developer for: integrations, automations, forms, small internal tools
-
02. Be found
Found on Google, on Maps and in AI answers
- Local and organic SEO, technical SEO built into the site
- Google Business Profile and Google Maps: setup, posts, categories, photos
- More Google reviews, and every one of them answered
- Visibility in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews)
- Content and copywriting that answers what your customers actually search for
-
03. Convert
Ads and conversion work that turn visitors into customers
- Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Meta campaigns, run in your own accounts
- Landing pages and offers built for each campaign
- Conversion testing on your pages, forms and booking flow
- Analytics and call tracking you can trust
- One monthly report in plain English: leads, cost per lead, booked customers
-
04. Keep building
Maintenance and new development, every month
- Ongoing website maintenance and development included: one active task at a time, unlimited queue
- New service pages, new locations, seasonal offers
- Automations that save your team time
- Tests, fixes, improvements as the numbers show what works
- Whatever the roadmap calls for next
And one senior growth lead who runs all of it
Think of them as the marketing manager you were about to hire, except they come with the whole team and they do not wait for instructions. They decide which channels get effort and budget, what the website needs next, and what the team builds this month. You get a monthly status call, a monthly report and a shared Slack channel for everything in between.
/ principle 01
We run it. You run your business.
You would not hire a marketing manager and then tell them what to do every day. You would hire them to know. That is how this works too. Your growth lead decides which channels to use, where the budget goes, what the website needs and what the team builds next. You are not filing tickets or approving pixels. You are reading one report a month and taking the calls that come in.
Your ideas are welcome and they go on the roadmap. The big decisions stay yours: your brand, your offers, your ad budget. Everything else, trust the team you hired and judge them on the results.
/ principle 02
You judge us on results. Not on hours.
Agencies bill hours, which means the slower they work, the more they earn. That is backwards, so we do not do it. One flat fee, no timesheets, no change request for every small fix. The only number that matters at the end of the month is how many new customers came in through the digital side of your business.
We ask for three months to start, because real growth takes time to compound. After that, there is no annual contract: you stay because the results are worth it, and everything we build stays yours. That is the whole deal.
/ how the price stays flat
Unlimited ideas. One team deciding what ships next.
Send us every idea you have. They all go on one roadmap. Your growth lead sequences them by what moves your numbers, and tells you what is coming and why. Website maintenance and development are part of the fee: we work on one active task at a time, the queue is unlimited, and the next task starts the moment the previous one ships. That is how the price stays flat while the scope stays wide.
Inside the partnership
- Website changes, new pages, design updates, new content
- Landing pages and offers for campaigns and seasons
- Conversion tests, forms, booking and call-flow improvements
- Search, Google Business Profile, reviews, AI visibility
- Paid campaigns in your accounts, up to $8,000 a month in ad spend
- Integrations, automations and small tools that fit one active task at a time
- Tracking, analytics, reporting
- Copywriting for all of the above
- One development line: one active task at a time, unlimited queue
Something bigger?
A second brand, an online store, a customer portal, a custom application. Also possible. That is a separate conversation, raised before we start, and it never changes your monthly fee.
How we stay in touch
- One status call a month
- One outcome report a month
- A shared Slack channel for everything in between
/ your website
A website we would sell on its own. Included. Built in your first three months.
Most agencies give you a template on their platform and call it a website. We build the kind of site we are known for. It starts with workshops on who your customers are and how they decide. A designer designs it for them, a copywriter writes it, and engineers build it on a modern stack (Astro and Sanity, running on Cloudflare) so it loads in under a second, stays secure and ranks. It is a product, not a brochure, and after the three-month start it is yours.
- Customer profile and user-journey workshops before any design
- Custom design and structure, not a theme
- Copy written for your customers, in their words
- Under one second to load on a phone; performance score 95 or higher
- Technical SEO and AI-search readiness built in
- Booking, forms and integrations wired from day one
- A content management system your own team can edit
- Hosting and network on Cloudflare, managed and tuned by us: speed, caching, security
On its own, a site like this is a $12,000 to $24,000 project. Here it is part of the fee, and it keeps getting better every month instead of slowly going out of date.

Poland, European Union
A senior team from Poland. Here is why that is good for you.
Poland is one of Europe's largest homes of senior software engineers and digital specialists, and companies from the US and Western Europe have been building their products here for two decades. We are one of them: an engineering company first, with growth built on top.
-
Where global companies build their digital products. Google, Microsoft, Intel and Samsung run engineering centres in Poland, and the country has grown a deep bench of senior developers, UX designers, SEO and paid-media specialists to match. We are a team from that world, in-house and working together for years.
-
Your morning is our afternoon. We are six hours ahead of New York and nine ahead of Los Angeles. Calls until noon US Eastern, everything else in writing, in English, in a shared Slack channel. Your questions from the evening are answered before you start your day.
-
European Union data rules. Your customer data is handled under GDPR, some of the strictest privacy law in the world, by a company registered in the EU.
/ who it is for
Is this for you?
A good fit
- An established business with roughly 5 to 50 employees and $1M or more in revenue, ideally $2M or more
- No in-house marketing or web team, or one person doing six jobs
- Customers who find and choose you online: clinics and practices, contractors and home services, professional services, B2B companies, online stores, product companies
- Each new customer is worth real money to you
- Ready to put at least $2,000 a month into ads, depending on your market
- You want a team that runs it, not a vendor waiting for instructions
Not a fit
- You need marketing to rescue the business this quarter
- You want to approve every pixel and every headline
- You want a fixed number of social media posts per week
- There is no one on your side who can make a decision within a few days and keep the conversation going
- You already have an in-house marketing team and only need extra hands
- You want a guarantee of rankings or leads
We will tell you on the first call which side you are on. Saying no on the first call is better for both of us than a bad year.
/ 2027
Ten partnerships in 2027.
We onboard slowly on purpose. The first three months of every partnership are the Foundation: workshops, strategy, a fully custom website, tracking, search and the first campaigns. That is months of work for senior people, and we do not start more of it than we can do properly. Ten places in 2027.
2027 partners get
- Ownership of the website, its code and every account once the three-month start is complete
- A fully custom website built in the first three months, included in the fee
- A senior lead for strategy, engineering, paid media and SEO on your account every month
- One status call, one report and a shared Slack channel, from the first week
We ask for
- Three months for the Foundation phase, then month to month
- One decision-maker on your side
- An ad budget of at least $2,000 a month, in your own accounts
- Permission to publish results as a case study once they exist
/ pricing
One price. Nothing hidden.
/ Your digital team
$5,000 / month
USD, net of applicable taxes.
Three-month start, then month to month with 30 days' notice. No setup fee.
- Senior growth lead and a specialist for every discipline
- Fully custom professional website, built in the first three months, yours once the start is complete
- Hosting, maintenance, security, monitoring, updates
- Local, organic and AI search; Google Business Profile and Maps
- Google, Local Services and Meta campaigns in your accounts, up to $8,000 a month in spend
- Landing pages, conversion testing, copywriting
- Analytics and advanced conversion tracking, from the first click to the booked customer; one monthly report
- Website maintenance and development, one active task at a time, unlimited queue: new pages, integrations, automations, fixes
- Monthly status call, a growth roadmap reviewed every month, and a shared Slack channel
Not included
- Your ad spend. Paid directly to Google, Meta and others, in accounts you own. Plan on at least $2,000 a month; the right number depends on your market.
- Running your social media channels. Google Business Profile posts are in. Facebook and Instagram feeds are not.
- Bigger builds. A second brand or website, an online store, portals, custom applications. Possible, as a separate conversation, always before work starts.
What happens if you leave
After the first three months you can stop any month with 30 days' notice. You keep the website, the code, the content, the accounts and the data, working. We spend 30 days handing everything over properly. No fees.

The questions we hear on every first call
The leads on this page and the wider WebProfessor team behind them: designers, copywriters, developers, analytics specialists. Everyone is senior in their own field and works directly on your account. You talk to one person, the growth lead, who coordinates all of it and answers for the results. No account manager passing messages, no juniors learning on your budget.
In Poland, in the European Union, where global companies run their engineering centres and where a deep bench of senior developers, designers and marketing specialists has grown around them. The whole team speaks fluent English. Calls are available through the US morning, up to 3 pm Eastern, and everything is documented in writing, so you never wonder who owns what. Your data is handled under GDPR.
One call a month, one report to read, and quick answers in Slack when we need a decision or an approval. In the first weeks we will need a few hours from you for the workshops and for access to your accounts. After that, the point is that you get your time back.
Maintenance and development are part of the fee, every month. We work on one active task at a time: a new service page, a booking change, an integration, a fix. The queue is unlimited, the next task starts the moment the previous one ships, and your growth lead orders the queue by what moves your numbers. Anything the size of a second website, an online store or a custom application is a bigger build and a separate conversation.
Bring all of them. They go on the roadmap and your growth lead tells you where they land and why. Big decisions stay yours: brand, offers, ad budget. The day-to-day sequencing is ours, because that is what you are paying for.
Yes. Your domain, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, analytics and customer data are yours from day one; we are added as users. The website and its code become yours once the three-month start is complete. During the partnership we host and run it for you; if we part ways, we hand all of it over, working, within 30 days. We keep only our internal tooling.
No. You pay Google, Meta and other platforms directly, from accounts you own, and we never mark it up. Managing the campaigns is included up to $8,000 a month in spend. Above that, we agree the arrangement with you before anything changes. Plan on at least $2,000 a month.
Three months for the Foundation phase, because that is how long it takes to build the site, the tracking and the campaigns properly. After that, month to month with 30 days' notice. No setup fee, no 12-month contract. If you leave, you keep everything we have built and we spend 30 days handing it over.
We audit what exists in the first two weeks. Good parts stay. In most partnerships we rebuild the website during Foundation, because it is the platform everything else runs on. We map every redirect, migrate tracking and keep your rankings and phone numbers intact. We can run in parallel with a current agency for a handover period.
Any business whose customers find and choose it online and that does not have its own marketing and web team: clinics and practices, contractors and home services, professional services, B2B companies, online stores, product companies. On the first call we will tell you honestly whether your market is one we can move.
We are an engineering company, so yes. A store or a custom application is a bigger build than the monthly partnership covers, so it is a separate conversation with its own scope and price. Ongoing development then keeps improving it, like everything else.
Everything a small business usually needs a developer for around its website: integrations with your CRM, scheduling or phone system, automations, forms and booking logic, small internal tools, tracking. Not your office network, laptops or email hosting.
Google Business Profile, yes, because it drives local visibility. Running your Facebook or Instagram feeds is not part of the package today. We are planning to add social media management in the future, and partners will hear about it first.
As fast as we can, without wasting the build time. Where it makes sense we launch a landing page and the first paid campaigns in the opening weeks, while the full website is still being built, so leads start arriving before the site does. Search and AI visibility take longer and compound over the following months, which is why we ask for three months to start and judge the year, not the quarter. You see the numbers every month and the work every day in Slack.
One report a month: leads by source, cost per lead, booked customers where we can track them, what we shipped, what is next. Plus a monthly call to go through it.
No. Nobody honest can. What we put in writing: the Foundation deliverables and dates, senior attention, and reporting you can verify. And after Foundation you are never locked in, so the only thing keeping you is results you can see. That is the only guarantee that means anything.
We do not store or process protected health information. Forms, online booking and messaging run through compliant vendors of your choice; we integrate and configure them and keep your website itself free of PHI.
Because $1,500 buys a few hours of a junior's time and a template. $5,000 buys a senior team's month, a fully custom website we would sell on its own, and development that keeps going after launch. Compare the scope first, then the price.
Still have a question? Ask it on the call.
